Québec City, Tuesday, February 19, 2008 — This spring, the Port of Québec will host the very first Rendez-vous naval de Québec. From Thursday, May 29 to Sunday, June 1, seven vessels from France, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada will dock at Bassin Louise. The impressive flotilla will also bring with it an equally impressive number of visitors as over 2,000 sailors walk the streets of Québec’s capital. The last time Québec City was paid a visit on this scale goes all the way back 100 years to when the city was celebrating its 300th anniversary!
